My husband and I took our grandson to Corpus Christi to tour the USS Lexington and decided to stay in Robstown on our way back home to central Texas. We were so pleased with the Best Western there. The staff was extremely courteous to us upon our arrival and checkout. I especially liked the layout of the hotel with the dining area open to the lobby with easy access to the pool. We enjoyed taking our breakfast out poolside. We highly recommend this hotel.
I travel for work a lot and this in one of the best experiences I have had in a very long time. The staff really go above and beyond what I have come to expect. I locked myself out of my room by accident and when I called the front desk someone was there to help me in less than a minute!! The staff is really fast and attentive. Oh – and the room was nice too. I would definitely stay here next time.
Service is interesting. They do not care about customer satisfaction as being in a hospitality business. When you ask a plastic utensils or other customers asked too, they can say comfortably that they are out of it. Even the breakfast time did not end they did not bother themselves to add items, food, drink finished. Room doors have problems when you try to open or close.
